Things To Do
The Ashley Drake Inn is located just steps away from the
popular Franklin Greenway Trail, maintained by the Franklin Department of Parks and Recreation. The Trail follows Hurricane
Creek south to Youngs Creek, west through Province Park and Blue Heron Park and Wetland. The Innkeepers offer free use
of bikes, wagons, and strollers for use on the trail.
Ashley Drake is also adjacent to King Street Community Park, which provides two lighted
tennis courts, a basketball court, playground, and picnic area.
During your stay, you should also consider visiting nearby downtown Franklin,
which hosts a variety of antique and specialty stores, a museum, and Franklin College.
